I studied at the Northern Guild for Psychotherapy where my core subjects were Gestalt therapy and client-centered counselling. I completed my Diploma in Humanistic Counselling in 1998. Since then, I have worked in a wide range of settings from GP surgery to schools.

I trained in working with a range of learning disabilities and applied this in school settings.I grew up in Ulverston before living and working in London. I am now in private practice in Kendal.
